Before the end of 2009, a subsidiary of IP Leanware SARL will exist in partnership with Mr. Alexandre Lins.
Mr. Lins will be a co-founder, shareholder and officer of IP Leanware South America Ltda. He joined us since the September 1st 2009. Mr. Lins is a 47 years old Brazilian engineer, post graduated in business administration. He has gathered through out the years, extended experience on business development within the paper industry. Now in charge of IP Leanware South America Ltda., Mr. Lins will manage our businesses in whole South America region.

IP Leanware South America Ltda. will be located in Campinas, São Paulo state, in Brazil. Campinas, located only one hour away from Sao Paulo, is the 11th richest city in Brazil, concentrating more than 50,000 companies, and the third largest industrial park in the country.
The newest IP Leanware entity will cover all countries in South America, for deploying Braincube, and future systems from our product family.
