The customer base grows in South America

The third Br@incube server in South America will serve Brazil, following up the market pulp production process.

IP Leanware and Conpacel (the Consórcio Paulista de Papel e Celulose), a market pulp and paper producer, have reached an agreement during June 2010, on the last details for the establishment of the Process Performance Management System Br@incube, for the production unit located in Limeira, SP.

The works will start immediately mid July, when the Conpacel server will be activated. The first communication tests will be performed soonest in the firsts days of preparations, when the data transfers will be done, following the schedule related to the project. All these efforts will very soon enable the process analysis, making them available for the team from Conpacel and IP Leanware .

“We are anxious for results. With the confirmation of these positive results, we will be able to deploy Br@incube to other process areas in the mill”, said the project owner Eng. Márcio Mendes, at the closing words on the preparing meeting for the structuring phase.

The IP Leanware team became very happy with this Conpacel decision. And even more with the excellent list of possibilities that opens at this point on similar companies producing the short fiber market pulp. It’s crystal clear the Brazilian vein for this commodity production, as the sector speeds up the announcements of large increases on the production volumes for the coming years.

It’s very strong the commitment with challenging targets at this point.

We believe the conditions for analysis are available for achieving excellent results with this one project.
